Our sources have hinted that the Association Of SAN has summoned Malami over Justice Odili’s residence raid.
Recall that last week Friday, the house of one of the Supreme Court judges, the house was raided at late hours by the Economic Financial Crimes Commission, Department Of State Security Sevice, and Police officers over alleged intelligence received.
The following morning when the case was investigated the security provided a Search warrant that was signed by Justice Emmanuel Iyan, the Chief Magistrate of Wuse Court; who claimed that he was deceived by the Attorney General of the Federation and defense minister to sign the warrant.
Association Of SAN has summoned Malami over Justice Odili’s residence raid, the meeting will hold today Tuesday, 2nd of October, where Malami may be questioned and investigated regarding the issue.
A member of the Senior Advocates of Nigeria, Chief Solomon Awomolo, who happened to be justice at the Ministry of Justice Abuja, revealed that the association was disgusted by the national disgrace act, and is ready to bring to book those behind the national disgrace.
