One of the frontiers and leading figures of the All Progressive Congress Party, has suffered a huge blow as Lagos APC dealt with him, Tinubu coup may later come out successful.

Recall that the 79-year-old, former Lagos state Governor, just arrived back in the country, two weeks ago after spending three weeks on a medical vacation in London, due to minor surgery.

The struggle for the presidential ticket is getting tough every day, members of the party are getting divided into factions, some are supporting that the ticket should be zoned to the south and some are supporting the Northern region.

According to our verified sources, a three-parallel meeting was held in Lagos state, and Tinubu suffered a serious coup, has members of the party are trying to displace him from his position as the party National leader.

One of the three factions was headed by Akinwunmi Ambode, the former Governor of Lagos, who couldn’t further his second term, due to an issue between him and Tinubu, who posed himself a God Father.

According to an insider, the Ambode-led faction was fully supported by Governor, Mala Buni of Yobe State ( the acting chairman of the Caretaker Convention Planning Committee) who wants to displace Bola Tinubu from his position in the Lagos state APC faction.

Some of the prominent members in Ambode led faction are; Omotayo Tugbobo, Alhaji Dauda, Ashafa Salawat (Woman Leader), Mr. Moruf (Financial secretary), Buhari Babajide (Youth leader), Balogun Hamed (Secretary), other stakeholders include; the party’s Legal Adviser, Welfare Officer, Ex-officer 1 and Ex-officer 2.

The coup being planned against Tinubu has proven to be a high-ranking one, and there are speculations that it is found to be related to the upcoming 2023 presidential election.

Sources state that Tinubu, Governor Mala Buni, and Osinbaji have shown interest in contesting for the position, more stories to unravel.
