During the Morning Show program on Arise News, Dr. Reuben Abati, a Nigerian journalist and Arise News presenter, said that somebody should tell senator Dino Melaye, Atiku/Okowa presidential spokesperson that there is nothing like the prime minister of London.
Dr. Reuben Abati made the comment when a video of senator Dino Melaye was played on the program and in the video, Dino Melaye was mocking the APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu over his engagement at the Chatham House.
“Tinubu left Arise TV debate where his co-presidential candidates are in Nigeria. He left Nigeria to go to Chatham House as if he is contesting for the prime minister of London. “
However, Arise TV presenter, Dr. Reuben Abati who has paid keen attention to the video reacted that
“Dino Melaye would make a very good comedian, he can give Gbenga Adeyinka and others a run for their money. But I hope that some of the things Dino Melaye was saying, the copyright belongs to some other people because Dino said this question you are sharing there is God oo. And beyond that, Dino Melaye said that Tinubu behaves as if he is running for prime minister of London. Please somebody should tell Dino Melaye that there is nothing called the prime minister of London.”
Dr. Abati corrected that if it is prime minister, it should be the prime minister of the United Kingdom.
