The outcome of the Secondus case against PDP convention, which will hold tomorrow will be discussed below in this article.
Recall that the former National Chairman,and onr of thr leading chieftain of People Democratic Party, Secondus Uche filed a suit asking that the PDP national convention that was slated to hold tomorrow October 30, and October 31 (Saturday and Sunday) should be halted and canceled by an appeal court sitting in Port Harcourt.
However the trial was adjourned to today, and the outcome of the Secondus case against PDP convention was dismissed by Justice Gabriel Kolawale.
The suit has been ongoing for about approximately weeks, after the impeachment of Secondus, the judge also restrained him from taking certain actions in the party, or at the National convention.
Recall that the National PDP convention which will hold tomorrow is an annual event, where trivial issues will be discussed within the party, but this year edition will be different because; Secondus who was recently suspended as the National Chairman of the party, the new ticket for the party new chairman was zoned to the Nothern region.
Three candidates were elected from the Northern side, and during the convention, a site will be cast and one of the three aspirants will emerge as the new chairman of the people democratic party.
