Femi Osibona, the CEO of Fourscore Homes Limited, is dead.
Osibona is the proprietor of the firm that built the 21-story skyscraper that fell on Monday in Ikoyi, Lagos.
His body was retrieved from the rubbles just a few minutes ago, according to rescue workers.
The whereabouts of Osibona, Wale Bob-Oseni, his companion, and others trapped in the building have been a source of concern.
Bob-Oseni, who was scheduled to fly to the United States, took a detour to visit the project on the developer’s invitation, but he did not make it out alive.
Despite the fact that nine people were saved, 38 people have been declared dead.
