The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, will reportedly grovel to Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers State and his group, according to Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State and head of the Atiku Abubakar Presidential Campaign Council.
According to Emmanuel, the party erred in how it approached the presidential elections; as a result, he would implore Wike and his team. He revealed this when he discussed the conflict between the Wike-led group and the party. The governor declared that in order for the PDP to win the elections in 2023, he and other party members are ready to bow down before the offended “big men” in the party.
“All problems will be solved. Every vote counts in an election, therefore you can’t let anyone go. “Every single person matters in politics, especially when talking about really big men. Please, big men, don’t let us down when we go and bow down before them as small men.
“My goal in this game is to win. Nobody will be performing permutations at this time, in my opinion. What type of permutation is that? We all make mistakes, therefore that is a given. I must also admit that as a group and as individuals, we have committed mistakes. But I can guarantee you that we will survive these errors, he assured reporters.
