The lawsuit filed by Indigenous People Of Biafra, Kanu against the federal government and minister of justice, Abubakar Malami is set to hold today.

Recall that, Alloy Ejimakur, the lead counsel to Kanu filed an infringement of human rights suit against the AGF, Malami Abubakar, and Buhari at a Federal High Court sitting in Abia State.

The first trial for the suit was held on November 2, 2021, before it was adjourned to November 19, 2021.

Ejimakor spoke with a journalist and started that the extradition of the IPOB leader was against the law and he is being subjected to maltreatment by DSS operatives.

“He has been wearing the same clothing since his arrest In Kenya, his reading lenses were destroyed by DSS operatives, he is also being kept in solitary confinement.
