After one year of research and investigation, the number of protesters killed at the Lekki Tollgate has been revealed by the Panel.
Recall that, on October 20, 2020, an alleged massacre occurred at Lekki Tollgate after peaceful End Sars protesters were killed by Police, Soldiers, and other security personnel on the order of their superiors. The scene was captured live on Instagram by DJ Switch who was also present at the site of the massacre.
The matter raised reactions from all over the globe, and the person that ordered the massacre was still unknown till date.
Lagos State Government, immediately constituted a panel to investigate and look into the matter.
However, after a year of investigation, the number of protesters killed at the Lekki Tollgate was revealed by the Panel yesterday.
The news was met with saddening reactions on all social media platforms, after over 50 names were published. Netizens have taken to their social media page to attack all the politicians that played with their sanity claiming that nobody was killed at the site.
