There has been turmoil and crisis in the Indigenous People Of Biafra Camp after its alleged leader, Nnamdi Kanu was said to have denied his membership in the association.

Kanu was arrested last year in Kenya, after he jumped bail in 2017, and has been leading the secession group in exile. His trial started late last year and had been adjourned till early this year.

The resumption of his trial this year started on a wrong foot after the presiding Justice, lashed out at the Department Of State Security Services over the inhuman treatment meted on him.

However, tension has rocked the IPOB camp after there were reports that Kanu denied his membership during the 15 charges trial leveled against him.
