A Fulani group has sent a threat message to all Christians to close their church in Zamfara state.
Recall that, There have been applications to turn Zamfara state into a Muslim state, which will operate under the rules of Sharia Law. Several occasions have been reported where churches have been set ablaze and torched by religious extremists.
However, earlier today a Fulani group anonymously sent a threat message to all Christians to close their church in Zamfara state.
The letter contained that the Christians should stop public worship for three years and failure to adhere will be lead to attacking, burning, abducting, and killing of the worshippers, pastors, and others.
The police commissioner of Zamfara state has responded to the message and immediately ordered that areas with churches in the Capital should be heavily guarded and secured by the Police officers.
