The president of Nigeria, Buhari as declared October 19, Tuesday, 2021, as holiday, to celebrate Eid-ul-Mawli (Day of birth) for Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W).

The statement was made by Mr. Rauf Aregbesola, the current minister of Interior, on Nigeria, behalf of the president, and declared October 19, Tuesday, 2021, as holiday, and also congratulated all Nigerian Muslims, home and in absentia, for this year’s celebration that met them alive, hale and hearty.

“I beg all faithful Nigerian Muslims to carry the enthusiasm of patience, endurance, selflessness, love, perseverance and other virtues that were depicted by Prophet Muhammad so that absolute peace will reign in Nigeria, and we should also endeavor to stay away from lawlessness, fight, criminal attitude and others social vices.

“Also, we should stay away from any platform or attitude that is inclined towards division or secession of this great Nation, irrespective of our personality, ethnic, tribe, faith, ideology, or class, we should stand up to make this Nation great again, and this can only is achieved by supporting the administration of Buhari to build a dynamic Nation together.

Happy Eid-ul-Mawlid to all Muslims, once again, Celebrate in peace and extend love to others.
