Reactions have been raised on social media after, arrested people of Biafra leader, Kanu appeared happy In Court ahead of his trial.
Recall that the trial for the British-Nigerian citizen was slated to hold today, 10th of October at a Federal high court in Abuja after his last trial was held weeks ago, where additional two charges were slammed against him by the Federal Government making him face a total of seven charges.
The trial was adjourned and his application to be moved from DSS detention over health issues was rejected, but some significant events happened during the session; starting from how journalists, reporters, and others were barred from gaining access to the courtroom, and Sahara reporters C.E.O, Sowore also got beaten by thugs and others.
Earlier today, reactions were raised on social media after Kanu appeared happy in court to continue his trial. The DSS officers denied one of his lawyers, Maxwell Opara, and his brother; Prince Kanu Meme, access to the courtroom.
Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High will judge and give a verdict on the case today, several dignitaries and members of the IPOB sect are waiting outside the court to hear the outcome of the case.
