The spokesman of the Northern Elders Forum (NEF), Dr Hakeem Baba-Ahmed has knocked the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the party for employing the former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani Kayode into its presidential campaign council. He made this assertion in a tweet on his official Twitter account on Friday night while reacting to FFK’s negative comments on Peter Obi’s running mate, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed over a gaffe he made while speaking on Tinubu’s health.
In a series of tweets, Dr Hakeem Baba-Ahmed maintained that the Baba-Ahmed family is above being insulted, noting also that the former Aviation Minister is not worth replying. Meanwhile, in another tweet, Baba-Ahmed said FFK isn’t the real problem but the APC who employed him.
He wrote:
“The real problem is not Femi Fani-Kayode. It is the party that decided someone like him can speak for it even if Nigerians cover their faces in shame at its blunder. They want to govern Nigeria. They employ a man who insulted the whole North, repudiated Nigeria, will not know honor if its free..”
