Nnamdi Kanu will be appearing before Justice Binta Anyako today for his trial after applying for bail on medical issues.
This trial is coming after his lead counsel, Mr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, filed for the suit after winning the Federal Government and Minister of Justice over alleged infringement of Fundamental human rights and unjust torture.
Media houses, reporters, journalists, and other people that made appearances were allowed into the Courtroom after a Federal High Court in Abia ordered thr DSS to follow the freedom to fair hearing law.
