An investigative paper has accused Pastor David Oyedepo of setting up a Family offshore company, and tax evasion in the British Virgin Islands.

The General Overseer of the Living Faith Bible Church has joined the likes of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and T.B Joshua who also had a family offshore company.

Pastor David Oyedepo was accused of setting up a family offshore company, and tax evasion by a group of an investigative journalist group called ICIJ (International Consortium of Investigative Journalists), which consist of about 650 journalists and about 300 organizations situated all around the globe, who were doing some paper investigation process.

According to the group, Oyedepo offshore family company files got leaked from an offshore services firm, which helped the cleric to set up the company and also concealed all their financial transactions.

The file stated that around August in the year 2007, Oyedepo asked Business Centrum Limited; a well-known company that provides offshore, financial and corporate services, to help him set up an offshore company for his immediate family (wife, and children) in Tax Haven.
The company was named Zadok Investments Limited, and kick-started August 20, 2007, with pastor Oyedepo, David, and Isaac Oyedepo (Sons) as the director, while others were just shareholders, with shares of 50,000, each worth about 1$. Due to confidentiality, the financial transactions carried out by the offshore company could not be revealed.

When the cleric was contacted, he gave no response neither any of his family members.
