The vibrant photography community in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, is mourning the untimely death of Wildshot, a popular photographer, who tragically lost his life in a lone car accident on the eve of his birthday.

The incident occurred in the Wimpey area along Iwofe Road, Obio-Akpor Local Government Area, Rivers State, where Wildshot’s vehicle reportedly collided with a building while attempting to overtake a trailer around 7 pm on Friday, December 8.

Sources reveal that Wildshot, the only child of his parents, was at a well-known gymnastics center in Port Harcourt when he received a distress call from his mother in the Rumuola area. She informed him about suspected cultists shooting around their residence.

In a heroic attempt to protect his mother, Wildshot abruptly left the gym, hurriedly entered his vehicle, and rushed to the troubled area. Witnesses recount that, while speeding, he tried to overtake a trailer but tragically lost control of his car, resulting in a collision with a building and severe injuries.

Eyewitnesses further state that Wildshot was swiftly taken to two hospitals, both of which, unfortunately, rejected him. It was at the third hospital that he was confirmed dead, succumbing to the injuries sustained in the accident.
