Just In: Sunday Igboho Aide Released, After Months In Detention

Few minutes ago, one of the arrested  Sunday Igboho aides was released, after spending Months In detention.

Recall that, after a raid on Sunday Adeyemo house in Ibadan, that cost the lives of several of Igboho’s side and destruction of Igboho properties.
He tried to flee from Nigeria before he was apprehended at the Benin-Republic airport, for using a fake identity while trying to fly to Germany.

Following his arrest, all his aides also fled, but Akanda Oro, (Awikonko) a radio presenter was declared wanted by the Oyo State Police.

Awikonko was later apprehended by the Oyo State Police months ago, over an alleged case of defamation of character.

After alleging during an online radio program that Igboho was sold out by  Honourable Tunji Omolewu, popularly known as Janbele to the Nigerian Authorities.

He further revealed that Janbele told the  Department of State Service all Igboho secrets that were used to raid his house in Ibadan.

However, Awikonko, Sunday Igboho aides was released, after spending months In detention, due to quick intervention from the likes of Gani Adams, and other Yoruba groups.
