The presiding judge over the treason and felony charges of the detained IPOB leader, Justice Anyako, has lashed out on the DSS operatives over Nnamdi Kanu Mazi’s outfit.
Recall that, Mazi has trial was held in December 2021, where Justice Binta Anyako ordered that Kanu should not be confined solitary. He should be given the freedom to walk, exercise, eat, play with fellow inmates and change his cloth.
However, it was rather shocking in court, after Kanu appeared in court wearing the same outfit, which he was arrested with in June 2021 in Kenya.
The angered Justice Anyako, who lashed out on the Department of State Security (DSS) operatives over Nnamdi Kanu Mazi’s outfit.
The Justice stated that Kanu should not be dehumanized or kept in solitary confinement; he should be well taken care of without any infringement on his fundamental human right according to the constitution.
