Joe Igbokwe, the former All Progressives Congress Publicity Secretary in Lagos State, has reacted to a recent statement attributed to Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, a politician in the National Assembly.
Joe Igbokwe, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Special Olu’s Adviser on Drainages and Water Resources, announced this on his official Facebook page today.

Senator Abaribe, he said, had told all Igbos at home and abroad that the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), the Eastern Security Network (ESN), and armed organizations in Igboland had issued a sit-at-home order, driving businessmen out of the region.
Remember that last year, the leadership of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) declared every Monday a sit-at-home day in their campaign to free their leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
Nnamdi Kanu was arrested by the Department of State Security (DSS) last year and has been held in custody since then.
