Exposed: How Tenant Planned And Killed Community’s President General In Anambra

It has been uncovered that the brutal murder of the President General of Umuoji community in Anambra state was orchestrated by a tenant, Mr. Silas Onyima.

Reports revealed that Onyima, who had been issued a quit notice by the deceased, was found murdered and dumped in his bathtub with severe injuries to his limbs and arm.

The suspect, identified as an Ebonyi man, was apprehended along with accomplices by security forces. Among the items recovered from them were the deceased’s phones, ATM cards, a gun, and other materials allegedly used to siphon money from the victim’s account.

Sources also revealed that Onyima had asked the suspect to vacate his premises due to suspected involvement in diabolism.

The deceased had expressed concerns to his wife and friends about threats he had received from the suspect prior to the tragic incident.

“The suspected killer was a son of the care giver of Chief Silas Onyima’s late mother who was accommodated in the deceased compound. Onyima gave him quit notice to vacate his premises because of his alleged links with diabolism. Onyima even complained to his wife and some of his friends about threats he received from the suspect,” a source stated.

Anambra State Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Tochukwu Ikenga, confirmed the arrest of four suspects linked to the murder and the recovery of the deceased’s belongings in their possession.

Governor Chukwuma Soludo has strongly condemned the heinous act, labeling it as senseless and a direct challenge to the peace and security efforts of his administration.

He urged residents to remain calm and assured them that security forces are diligently working to ensure that justice is served for this appalling crime.
