Earlier today, a magistrate court had remanded a man in Kiri Kiri correctional facility for raping a nine-year-old girl in Lagos.
The alleged incident happened on October 30, when the men took advantage of the girl’s naivety and raped her, defiling her virginity.
The man was arrested at Emma Estate, Isashi, Lagos, after the young lad told her mother the incident, and she was quick to alert the Police.
The man was arraigned before a Magistrate court, who remanded the man at KiriKiri correctional center for raping thr nine-year-old girl.
The magistrate court, Justice Ajibade, rejected the application of the defendant’s counsel to be released on bail and stated vividly that the man should be remanded under strict watch.
