In a heartfelt Facebook post accompanied by a photo of Amaechi on a hospital bed, Tony Oneweek shared the actor’s health challenges, emphasizing the severity of his condition and the mounting expenses for treatment.
He clarified that Amaechi’s diabetes, which he had been managing, became more complicated with the recent stroke, intensifying the financial burden on the family. Tony expressed gratitude for the support received from well-wishers, friends, and fans, highlighting the global love for Amaechi.
Contrary to some online publications, Tony stressed that Amaechi is his first cousin, and they share a close family bond. He urged people to keep Amaechi and his family in their prayers and encouraged donations to support the actor’s medical expenses.
