A 16-year-old boy named Habibu Umar has been arrested by the Kebbi State Hisbah Board for allegedly r@ping two young girls aged 5 and 6. The arrest was made following a complaint made by the victims’ families, and the suspect has since confessed to the crime during interrogation.
