The lead singer of an American rock band surprised the audience at the Welcome to Rockville festival.
Sophia Urista of the band Brass Against urinated on a man’s face during the Welcome to Rockville festival at the Daytona International Speedway in Florida.
She invited the man from the front row up on stage for a “golden shower” while playing a version of Rage Against the Machine’s Wake Up.
After being invited, the man sat down on the stage and let the urine fall over his body and head.
The bizarre situation continued for than 15 seconds before the man got up and spit some pee in the direction of the viewers. (You can see the video here.)
The New York collective was compelled to apologize after the prank sparked uproar on social media, claiming that the vocalist “got carried away” and that it’s “not something you’ll see again at our event.”
“We had a great time last night at Welcome to Rockville,” Brass Against tweeted. “Sophia got carried away. That’s not something the rest of us expected, and it’s not something you’ll see again at our shows. Thanks for bringing it last night, Daytona.”
