Maigari’s educational odyssey began in 1973 when he enrolled in the esteemed township Primary School in Jos. Later, he transferred to Dauda Kwancha Primary School in Donga where he completed his foundational education in 1978. Continuing his academic pursuit, he attended Government Secondary School (GSS) in Donga from 1978 to 1980. Due to the conversion of the school to a science-focused institution, he was transferred to Mbiya Secondary School in Takum LGA, where he obtained his SSCE certificate in 1983. Maigari’s thirst for knowledge led him to the University of Maiduguri, where he studied Common law and graduated with second-class honors in 1988. He then attended the Nigerian Law School in Victoria Island and he was called to the Bar in 1990.
