The list of the top 10 best airports in the world 2023-2024 is determined by the global customer satisfaction surveys taken from 2021 to 2022 to determine the top airports by Skytrax.
It was carried out by multiple factors while rating an airport which includes safety provisions, baggage handling, terminal layout, passenger comfort, seating, WiFi availability, restaurant options, retail vendors, and level of staff service, per the firm.
According to SkyTrax, the surveys, which include over 550 airports worldwide, are the “quality benchmark for the world airport industry” and are “independent of any airport control, influence or input.”

10. Kansai International Airport
Kansai International Airport is the third international airport from Japan to be featured among the top 10 best airports in the world 2023. The airport provides one of the largest networks for both domestic and international routes with 24 hour operations. Kansai International is located on an artificial island in the middle of Osaka Bay.
9. Zurich Airport
The principal hub of Swiss International Air Lines, Zurich Airport is the largest international airport of Switzerland. The airport has three terminals and three runways and is also the busiest airport in Switzerland. With world-class amenities and facilities, Zurich airport is among the best airports of the world.
8. Istanbul Airport
Istanbul Airport is the main international airport that serves Istanbul, Turkey, and is the primary hub for the Turkish Airlines. The airport currently has one terminal in service for domestic and international flights. It is considered among the best and the busiest airports of the world as per the Skytrax ranking.
7. Munich Airport
