There Is No Reason To Exclude The South East From Power Sharing In Nigeria – Atiku Abubakar

In the mid hours of today, Channels Television posted a video showing a former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, speaking about the forthcoming presidential election and power zoning in Nigeria.

The presidential hopeful said, “there is no reason to exclude the south east from power sharing or political participation in Nigeria.”

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar explained his statement by recounting how he nominated Ben Obi long ago. Also, he claimed picking Peter Obi as his vice in order not to appear like he’s denying southeasterners the right to participate in politics or hold key positions.

In a related development, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar made mention of the chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
