Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) sect led by Nnamdi Kanu has revealed the true story behind Dr. Chike Akunyili’s murder.
the murder was announced on Tuesday, when sources stated and confirmed that the murder happened at Umuoji, Anambra after the deceased attended a ceremonial event where his late wife was honored by UNN.
The case was tagged on the Indigenous People Of Biafra, but the group came out earlier today to reveal the true story behind Dr. Chike Akunyili’s murder.
A statement was released by the spokesman of the sect, stated that “the death of Dr. Akunyili was untimely and was a political assassination, the real killers are contestants of the election in Anambra State, they poisoned and killed his wife years back.
“We have no hands in Chike Akunyili’s untimely death and we also have no feud or fight with him, nobody should blame IPOB, for a case of political assassination”.
