Reno Omokri Reacts To Adams Oshiomole’s Comment On Alleged Persecution Of Christians In Nigeria

In the wake of his comments over allegations of perceived persecution of Christians in certain parts of Nigeria, Adams Oshiomole has been lampooned by renowned writer, preacher, and human rights activist, Mr. Reno Omokri.

Recall that the former All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman and Edo State Governor was a recent guest on ARIS TV’s ‘The Morning Show‘, where he discussed the outrage that greeted his party’s Muslim-Muslim ticket, among other issues.

Speaking during the interview, Oshiomole argued that the allegations of Christian persecutions raised by the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in its rejection of the APC’s Muslim-Muslim ticket were unfounded and at best, baseless. Going further, the former Edo governor insisted that he was yet to see any evidence of Christians being prosecuted in any part of the country since the APC got to power.

As expected, Oshiomole’s comments have drawn the attention of some prominent Nigerians on social media, including Reno Omokri.

Taking to his Twitter handle some hours ago, Mr. Omokri stated that he was saddened by Oshiomole’s comments during the interview.
