Prepare For Trouble If Tinubu Or Atiku Becomes President – Northern Elders Warns Nigerians

Professor Ango Abdullahi, convener of the Northern Elders Forum (NEF), has stated that Nigeria will descend into chaos if either Bola Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress or Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party wins the 2023 presidential election, as neither candidate has anything to offer the country.

He stated that the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, and the New Nigeria People’s Party’s (NNPP) presidential candidate, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, are superior to Atiku and Tinubu.

He told Vanguard that Tinubu and Atiku had been active in political circles for a considerable amount of time without producing corresponding results. Abdullahi said he would not support any of the candidates.

Abdullahi stated that he would rather warn Nigerians of an impending disaster should Tinubu or Atiku be elected president.

“No, we still do not have the individual we believe can fix Nigeria. What we have on the ground is inadequate. How can you look at Tinubu and Atiku and assert that they will fix the country? “

They’ve been on the ground for the past 25, 30, etc. years. What do they have done?

Unfortunately, I do not know Peter Obi that well. He is a young man, a former governor of Anambra State, and an entrepreneur.

He (Kwankwaso) is a young man of integrity. He began his political career with us and is highly intelligent. Without a doubt Obviously, he incurred some debts, joined other political parties, etc., but he is undeniably one of the most intelligent individuals in the area. There is no doubt about that.

Abdullahi warned Nigerians to prepare for troubled times ahead if any of the candidates is elected president in 2023. “I will tell Nigerians that we are in trouble, and the only way out is for Nigerians to agree that Nigeria is in trouble, and that the machinery that is in place today that is expected to find solutions to the challenges that Nigeria faces is insufficient,” he said.

“I consider politicians to have failed.” This means that we should look for quality materials from outside the mainstream political parties, and there have been many discussions in Nigeria about technocrats recently.
