Popular Nigerian broadcaster and awards winning journalist, Rufai Oseni has reacted over the meeting the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Asiwaju Tinubu had at the Chatham House yesterday in United Kingdom.
It would be recalled that few days ago, the former Lagos State governor declined to appear at the third series of the Arise Townhall Meeting.
Nigerians have been pouring their reactions over the performance of Asiwaju at the Chatham House.
Speaking on the development, Rufai said he now understands the reason why Asiwaju Tinubu refused to attend the Arise Townhall but opted for Chatham House.
Hear him “When you have people going away from the real issues then you know it’s problematic. And now I am beginning to see reasons why this person has not come to attend the Arise Townhall. Why go to speak at Chatham House when you have an Arise Townhall that you will be speaking to your Constituency and the people that will vote for you. And you yourself said there is no diaspora voting.”
