After being petitioned, the United Nations, UN has taken action against Buhari over the EndSars panel report that was submitted days ago.
Recall that, about a year ago, a massacre happened at Lekki Tollgate in Lagos, where harmless and peaceful protesters were killed by soldiers during expressing their fundamental human rights. Some colossal figures; Shehu Sani, Lai Muhammed, and others denied the incident that nobody was killed at the scene, after when all actions were recorded live on Instagram. Lagos State set up a panel to look into the massacre incident and compensate all the affected victims.
However earlier this week, the panel submitted their report and the United Nation was petitioned by a group called
Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) petitioned the United Nations Special, which asked that Buhari should be summoned over the massacre.
Finally, the UN has taken action against Buhari over the EndSars panel report and asked that a thorough and clean investigation should be carried out on the report and the united group awaits a response from President Muhammadu Buhari government.
