The Biafra movement leader, Nnamdi Kanu has surrendered all forms of violence to allow peace to reign in the south-Eastern region of Nigeria.
Kanu trial has been an epic one, filled with so much dramas and situations. From being illegally arrested in Kenya, to being locked up, dehumanized, beaten and tortured by the Department Of State Security service Officers. Who failed to allow him interaction with fellow prisoner, change of cloth or any form of freedom in detention.
Earlier today, via his lead counsel, Aloy Ejimakur, stated that Kanu have surrendered all forms of violence to allow peace to reign in the south-Eastern region of Nigeria.
Aloy Ejimakur visited him in Abuja at the DSS detention, and he addressed the press and media houses at Owerri, Imo State capital.
He stated that ‘ Kanu emphasized on having a peaceful fight and process is important. The main target of enemies is to infiltrate the group and cause disharmony in the unity for actualization of Biafra.
