Just In: Judge Warns DSS As Kanu Appears In Court

The presiding Judge over treason felony charges of IPOB, Justice Anyaku has warned the officers of the Department of State Security Service (DSS) to desist from any unruly act during the case.

Recall that, the spokesman of the group, Emma Powerful ordered that a sit-at-home rule should be observed in all the south-east region to honor their leader.

This rule intends to give respect to Nnamdi Kanu, that will appear in court to continue his 15 count charges trial against the Federal Government and Minister of Justice, Malami Abubakar.

However, earlier today, the Judge warned the officers of DSS to desist from any unruly act during and after the trial.

Justice Anyaku stated that the DSS should allow the media press and others into the courtroom.

She emphasized that they have no right whatsoever to block the entrance of the court and the officers should arrive at the court an hour to the fixed time.
