Updates have reached our media team that shooters suspected to be Boko Haram members have abducted Chibok girls in the local government area of Borno State.
Recall that the Boko Haram and the Islamic West African Province military sect has been terrorizing the residents and indigenes of Borno state for the past few years.
Both sects had been at loggerhead for a while now, which has made Borno citizens susceptible.
However, Boko Haram members have abducted Chibok girls during the late hours on Thursday night.
According to sources, the head of the village vigilante was their target, but when they could not get a hold of him, they abducted girls and set house, church, and mosque ablaze.
