If South Cannot Let Equity, Justice, And Fairness Prevail, Throw The Ticket Open For Everybody Including North – Umahi Blows Hot

The Governor of Ebonyi state, Dave Umahi who just received President Muhammadu Buhari in his state, has reacted to the APC presidential ticket that has been causing a lot of reaction in the country as none of the party candidates is ready to back down for one another.

Umahi, who has declared his intentions with many other politicians in South East regions, is currently ranked low as politicians that have the chance of winning the president’s party ticket.

During the interview with Channel TV today, according to Daily Trust, Governor of Ebonyi claimed that President Muhammadu Buhari has the intention of letting the next president come from the south with his body language but the south has been divided.

According to him, the people of the South East cannot be used to divert the presidency ticket to run when they have a little chance of winning it as there are other southern regions that are dragging it with them..

He claimed that if southern politicians don’t believe in zoning, then they shouldn’t blackmail the north or try to stop them from contesting.

Umahi makes it known that if the south cannot handle the presidential ticket and let equity, justice, and fairness prevail, then it would be better for the party cabals to throw the ticket open and let everybody contest, including the northerners.
