Ahead of the upcoming election, Gunmen kills four security officers again In Anambra today.
Recall that, the Indigenous People Of Biafra gave the Federal Government an ultimatum to release their leader Nnamdi Kanu who is currently in detention at the DSS headquarters. The Federal Government has refused to give in to their demands and the members of Biafra have threatened that the upcoming Gubernatorial election will not hold in Anambra state.
Gunmen kills four security officers again in Anambra, earlier today, at a community called Oraifite, situated in Ekwsigo Local Government.
According to witnesses; the masked Gunmen ambushed the Security vehicle car and shot sporadically at the officers, who tried to repel but were outnumbered, some died in the process while some fled for their lives, the Gunmen also made away with all their Guns and armory.
Recall that BestNews Team also reported a similar attack that happened in Ekwulobia community in Anambra, where DSS officers Patrol Van was also ambushed and all the personnel on board were killed.
The reason behind this incessant attack has not been made known yet, but there are speculations that these are happening ahead of the Anambra election that was slated to hold, November 5 and may be linked to the threat made by IPOB members.
