‘Common Entrance In Lagos State, Muslims Come And Fail – Prof Ishaq Reacts To Entrance Exam Question

The Muric Professor, Ishaq Akintola has queried the recently concluded common entrance examination in Lagos state that will promote students from Primary six to JSS1. According to the Muric, their attention has been brought to two questions in the general studies section.

Professor Ishaq was frantic about the number 12 question which has to do with where Paul was born. According to him, there is no way a Muslim student will know the answer to this question. He said, ”The caption of the paper should have been ‘Common Entrance in Lagos state, Muslims come and fail. Question number 12 which is an objective says, ‘Paul was born in a city called Tarsus, Jerusalem, Jordan, Bethel. Candidates were expected to pick one of the four options. But how on earth is a Muslim candidate expected to know what to pick.”

Professor Ishaq demanded for the Examiners to be brought to book for these questions which he tagged as obnoxious ones. He also demanded for the Lagos state governor Sanwolu to get in Muslims in the education sector as well.
