Check out The Four People Set To Contest For APC National Chairman

After several struggles and fights, four people are set to contest for the All Progressive Congress Party (APC) National Chairman position during the upcoming convention.

Recall that, the members and stakeholders of the All Progressive Congress party have been in turmoil since 2020.

When Former Edo Governor, Adams Oshiomole was Impeached and Yobe state Governor, Mai Buni was appointed as the caretaker Chairman with other executives.

The caretaker committee ruled the party for over a year until there were protests from members regarding the election of a new executive for the party.

A national convention was set to hold Decemeber but was later disrupted due to internal crisis in the party.

However, the National Convention has been slated to hold on February 26, four influential people are set to contest for the APC National Chairman position.

According to an impeccable source, the top contestants are;

• Tanko Al-Makura and Senator Abdullahi Adamu; Former Nassarawa State Governors

• Saliu Mustapha; former National Chairman Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) party.

• Abubakar Bawa Bwari; Former Minister for Development of Mines and Steel
